Ingredients
  • 6 units Organic Tomato
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3-6 branches fresh Oregano only the leafs
  • 4 Tbsp MCT Oil or coconut oil
  • 2 cups Vegetable stock
  • 1 cup coconut Cream Please check label for unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup Organic Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper (hot chilli grounded) adjust for taste
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan Salt adjust for taste
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper adjust for taste
  • 3 Tsp Erythritol
  • 1-3 tbsp Sriracha or 2 Tbsp El Yucateco habenero sauce (adjust for taste)

Instructions
  1. PreHeat oven at 180 F
  2. heat the pot at medium heat with the oil
  3. Chop the onions, garlic, cremini mushrooms, oregano tomato insert in the pot
  4. add the origano in the pot
  5. add the black pepper himalayan salt, cayenne pepper, erythritol, and Aged balsemic vinegar in the pot
  6. stir for 5 minute
  7. place the oven safe pot in the oven for 22 minutes
  8. put the pot back on the stove
  9. add the vegetable stock & coconut cream
  10. cover the pot & stir occasionally for 5-10 minutes at medium heat
