Keto Caesar Salad

Ingredients :

Baby spinach leaves in isolated white background

Baby Spinach or Roman lettuce

Baby spinach is rich in Iron, potassium & other nutrients.

Simply Natural Organic Dressing

Creamy Caesar dressing

QTY: 4 Tbsp

QTY: 80 Grams (cooked)

Salt-Cured-Anchovy-Fillets-18

Anchovies

QTY: 50 Grams

QTY: 9 cloves & 2 Tbsp

Seasoning

3 Tbsp of Parmesan.

Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Black Pepper

Hot sauce

2x Branches of fresh Thyme & Rosemary

 

Ingredients (quicklist) :  

  1. 142 grams of Baby Spinach
  2. 4 Tbsp of Simply Natural - Creamy Caesar dressing
  3. 80 grams (cooked) Organic Bacon
  4. 50 grams of Anchovies
  5. 9 x garlic cloves
  6. 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  7. 3 tbsp of Parmesan
  8. black Pepper
  9. hot sauce
  10. Go easy on the Himalayan salt because Anchovies, bacon & parmesan may have a lot of salt already!
  11. fresh thyme & rosemary for extra flavors

Direction: 

  1. Set the heat to medium on your stove & set a non-stick pan on top of the heating element
  2. Dice the Anchovies

Mortar and Pestle: 

  1. Put 4 garlic cloves & smash them
  2. Add the diced Anchovies
  3. add 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
  4. add black pepper, Himalayan Salt, Hot sauce,  and the caesar dressing.

Pan 

When the Pan is hot :

  1. Add the uncooked bacon.
  2. after 5 minutes (when most of the fat melted)
    1. Add 4 smashed garlic cloves, thym, rosamary & black pepper
  3. When the bacon is ready dump the bacon in paper towel to absorb the excess fat

In a bowl

Mix with your clean hands all the ingredient.

Add parmesan.
